Rodney Adams is a Yindjibarndi man who was born in the town of Roebourne. He only recently started to paint while watching his partner paint at home. He has a flair for painting landscapes and places that he spent time in during childhood. He paints the Yindjibarndi country, surrounding areas and animals.

Rodney has a natural talent, his choice of colour and technique with brush work brings something new to all the artworks he brings to life on the canvas. He captures the essence of the Pilbara perfectly.

Rodney’s unique style has recently won him an award at the Cossack Art Prize and he has also had a solo show in Sydney at Chalk Horse Gallery.
